What can be returned?

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The product was purchased within the last 15 days
2. The product isn’t used or damaged

*Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

When do items need to be returned?

Items which meet the necessary criteria for return eligibility must be returned no later than 15 days after purchase.

Do I need to place my item in a special package?

Please return items in a sealed box or package with the required mailing address along with a valid return address.

Who pays for shipping a return item?

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

In addition to paying the costs of shipping a return item, the buyer is responsible for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from 4 Line Faithful.
